Description:

Wash Me Express is looking to hire car wash greeters for both of our locations. We currently have openings at our wash near the Nashville International Airport (BNA) in Donelson, and at our Springfield, TN location. The car wash greeter has direct contact with customers tending to vehicles on the wash line and providing exemplary service. Greeters are responsible for greeting customers, answering questions, and explaining the wash options available. These employees play a vital role at Wash Me Express. Individuals in this role need to have a go getter attitude and enjoy interacting with customers in a friendly, professional manner. Our greeters are also responsible for converting new customers to subscribing to our UNLIMITED plan options. Each unlimited plan sold will yield a 50% commission off of the first month of that plan on top of a competitive base pay.

Requirements:

• Able to work outdoors in variable weather conditions • Able to stand for 4 consecutive hours • Provide excellent customer service • Explain services provided at the Car Wash • Communicate effectively • Be punctual, responsible and accountable • General housekeeping and light maintenance responsibilities

Additional Info:

Person may be required to work outside in all seasons, all types of weather and in a loud environment due to car wash equipment. The person will be in constant motion and may have physical activities, such as lifting (0-50 lbs.), bending, reaching and stooping.
