Requirements:

Shift Manager Trainee is an entry level position with no previous experience necessary. The training process is dependent on individual motivation and ability but generally takes 3-9 months to complete. Shift Manager Trainees learn how to lead shifts, making sure customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure great Quality, Service and Cleanliness to customers.
