Mystery Shop Store Brand Image Maintenance Coordinator (Full Time) Location: St. Louis, MO - position is a field position across the greater St. Louis area; company van provided. We're an award-winning Midwestern distributor for Exxon-Mobil, Phillips 66, BP and other amazing brands, committed to operational excellence and exceptional service. #WeAreWallis Job Title: Mystery Shop Image Coordinator (Site Maintenance Solutions) Division: Wallis Wholesale The Wallis Companies Brand Image Maintenance Coordinator uses a hands-on approach to ensure that all wholesale and retail site facilities affiliated with Wallis Companies have the best possible image and appearance at all times. Complete site maintenance and repair projects on time. Provide timely field services to Dealer Business Consultants and Territory Managers by maintaining brand standards, advertising campaigns and implementing projects, tracking progress and material orders. •Personally ensure all site facilities are clean, well maintained and properly functioning at all times. Identify and resolve facility issues in a timely, efficient and cost-effective manner. •Fully document and report damage to site pumps, pump area bollards or islands; then move forward with viable solutions. Perform regular checks of all stations to proactively prevent these issues from arising in the future. •Manage costs while achieving the best possible outcome. Discover and Implement solutions to lower maintenance costs while maintaining high quality standards. •Immediately address and resolve all issues that have arisen; communicate issues and resolutions to team. •Work with Dealer Business Consultants and Territory Managers to cure or dispute all issues on Mystery Shop scores relative to oil company compliance. •Perform regular checks of all facilities to ensure they are complying favorably with branded oil company image requirements; Verify that the appearance of all signage, lighting, and all other image requirements are up to oil company image standards. •Order Materials Including: POP Hardware, Brand Decals for pumps (Credit Card Acceptance, etc.), Brand Applications, Gift Cards, Name tags/uniforms for all Brands, State Regulatory Decals (10% Ethanol, Octane pump handle numbers, warning signs, etc.), Misc. Decals (Pay at pump, emergency shut off, etc.); Misc. tank parts (fill caps, vapor caps, etc.) •Plan and prioritize work tasks and daily location route; work with personal accountability •Maintain professional image of self and vehicle; Exhibit a professional and customer friendly attitude; Complete customer and/or site visits as required •Adhere to all Wallis Companies safety policies; Utilize safety equipment at all times, including vest and cones; Safety focus both on the road and off; Complete safety training as required; Report all work-related incidents/violations immediately

Requirements:

Education: Required: Equivalent to high school diploma Preferred: Technical Degree/Certificate, OSHA safety training, Associate’s Degree, or Bachelor’s Degree Experience: Required: 2+ years of experience in maintenance/facilities or construction-related field Language Skills: Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English in a manner sufficient for effective communication with groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public; Extraordinary interpersonal skills and ability to develop relationships; Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Skills and Abilities: Willingness to work outside, regardless of weather conditions Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment Strong problem solving skills; Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex issues and successfully identify appropriate solutions; Ability to use judgment and work as a solo contributor to goals Ability to read maps and navigate; Comply with all guidelines per the Company Vehicle use policy Technology, Tools, and Equipment: Required: Experience with use of Hand tools, power washer, cleaning supplies, paint; Safety equipment; Computer, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Outlook in particular), telephone Preferred: Copy/print/fax machine Certificates, Licenses and/or Registrations: Required: MVR in compliance with company policy; Valid driver’s license
