A location Assistant Manager at TASTE supports the store's General Manager in all aspects of a TASTE location's complex food service and gourmet retail business. Assistants also serve as the Manager on Duty when the General Manager is absent. While all Assistants are not necessarily in training to become a location General Manager, the Assistant position offers the clearest career track for the General Manager position. Thus, TASTE is especially interested in adding strong candidates looking to develop into such a position, who are willing to make a long term investment in a career with TASTE. An Assistant position is also a great option for someone with strong personal attributes that does not possess significant prior managerial experience.

Requirements:

-Must have reliable transportation -Must be able to stand for long periods of time, with constant moving, bending, lifting, reaching and turning during all shifts
