This role will manage the daily operations of their district to achieve sales, profits, customer satisfaction and human resources management objectives. Must operate within all company guidelines and follow ethical business practices. KNOWLEDGE Strong knowledge and understanding of restaurant operations, accounting, budgeting, and administrative procedures. Strong leadership, managerial, organizational and communication skills. Ability to recruit top talent.

Requirements:

Minimum of five years of leadership experience in multi-unit (5-10 LOCATIONS) QSR environment.
