Description:

1. Provide timely and accurate information to incoming customers about order status and product knowledge requests. 2. Work with customers to resolve disputes regarding billing and credit issues. 3. Provide timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns. 4. Processing new client accounts, maintaining customer accounts, implementing changes to existing accounts, and filing documents and other paperwork. 5. Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media. 6. Cancel or upgrade accounts. 7. Assist with placement or cancellation of orders. 8. Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers. 9. Answer questions about terms of sales and services. 10. Inform customer of deals and promotions. 11. Make 30 outbound calls daily for scheduling BTU. 12. Ability to participate in the on-call scheduling as business needs dictate.
