The Food Runner / Busser position plays an essential role in our business. Runner/Bussers need to be ready to hustle in a fast paced work environment. Runner/Bussers are required to work on their feet for long stretches of time and lift heavy items throughout a shift. This is a high energy position that requires a strong work ethic and a positive attitude. The ideal Runner/Busser never stops moving around and finding things to do to help the restaurant function more efficiently.
- MUST BE AT LEAST 16 YEARS OF AGE -Carrying trays of food from the kitchen out to our tables - Physically serving customers their meals - Cleaning and setting tables - Taking out the trash - Refilling water glasses - Clearing finished plates - Maintaining service stations and bar for maximum efficiency
