Description:As a ManagerTalent , you are responsible for woking on and in some cases overseeing some aspects of human resources including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, performance and talent management, training, and miscellaneous administrative tasks. The person applying for this job must have great communication skills and the ability to work autonomously. A successful candidate will be reliable, have attention to detail, thorough follow through and organizational skills.
Accountabilities include:
Recruit, interview, and hire talent that aligns with the Owner’s vision
Assist in managing a performance management system that enables leaders to appropriately resolve with performance issues while recognizing/rewarding exceptional performance
Assist in managing a talent management system that enables team members to reach their personal and professional goals
Assist in managing a training program that enables team members to deliver a “Remark”able customer experience consistently
Partner with the leadership team to ensure coordinated approach to achieving customer experience goals (e.g., marketing, talent, and kitchen, etc.)
Maintain positive working relationships and coaches, motivates, and sets/reinforces expectations for team members
Manage the policy handbook and expectations for team members
Strictly adheres to all Company policies and procedures.
Serve as human resources subject matter expert to the team (e.g., employment law, policy handbook, etc.)
Work with other leaders and team members to cultivate a culture that supports the Owner’s vision
Provide support within the restaurant to meet business needs
Understand, communicate, and administer team member benefits
Partner with scheduling lead to ensure the optimal labor cost and productivity
Requirements:Minimum Qualifications:
Specific Experience: Talent Management, recruiting, organizational behavior, customer service, administrative role
Required: High School Diploma or equivalent
Required: Strong analytical and problem solving skills, attention to detail, thorough follow through, organizational skills
Required: Leadership experience
Preferred qualifications:
Bachelors degree or above with HR concentration or comparable experience
This is a full time position.

This person must have basic computer skills.
This person must master all knowledge and skills of every position in the Restaurant including management and office work.
