Position Summary Snap Kitchen wants Brand Ambassadors who are passionate about health and helping others through promoting the importance of correct nutrition. Snap Kitchen is partnered with a high- end grocery chain to showcase our healthy, chef-driven, seasonally inspired dishes on the go on their shelves! If you are an outgoing and talkative foodie who believes in educating others on everything a meal should be, you may be a great fit for this customer-focused opportunity. Key Accountabilities • Provide excellent customer services and supporting Snap’s mission to provide healthy convenient food • Enthusiastically greet all guests as they approach the Snap Kitchen prepared food section of the grocery store and make them feel welcome • Maintain overall hygiene and cleanliness; making sure condiment station is always clean and everything is filled • Maintaining inventory; keeping shelves stocked, keeping up with cooler temperatures and filling pantry items as needed • Promote local stores, new and popular menu items, Snap events and instore loyalty program • Utilize the Point of Sale cash system, process payments, refunds and issuing gift cards.

Requirements:

• Previous customer service experience within a retail, food or nutrition environment • A high school diploma with some college preferred • Commitment to the ongoing success of Snap Kitchen • Passion, knowledge and involvement in living a healthy lifestyle • Have a passion for health and great food • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks • Strong organizational skills • Ability to lift 30lbs
