Job Summary: KGWN-TV is seeking a strong leader with attention to detail to lead the Operations and Production Department. The ideal candidate will manage a team responsible for master control operations and newscast production which include but not limited to: downloading of syndicated programs, building a commercial playlist, monitoring of four streams of broadcast, directing a newscast, operating audio/cameras for newscasts. The ideal candidate will also manage the department budget, staffing and other managerial assignments. This position reports directly to the General Manager. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: -Develop Staff -Department Schedules -Department Budget Management -Work closely with News Director -Train new employees and review/critique -Direct a newscast

Requirements:
