CSA's are responsible for but not limited to: - Learning how to properly use the DRB software. (Computer program Zax uses as a point of sale) - Promoting upgrades and Unlimited wash plans to customers. - Learning how to process customer via pay terminals or cashier station. (Cash/credit, ARM Plans, Text/Email redeem) - Cleaning the walls, windows, floors, and general up keeping of the property. - Restocking the vending machines. - Emptying quarters out of vacuums and vending machines. - Taking the proper amount of time to prep a vehicle, no two vehicles have the same amount of dirt or bugs etc. - Cleaning of the pit. - General Maintenance on any equipment. (This may mean staying after we close and working overtime) - Opening and closing procedures. - Hourly walkthrough of the tunnel and backroom to ensure proper mechanical and chemical performance.
