Description:

To support and maintain a complex set of restaurant level POS data files for all company and select franchise restaurants, ensuring data integrity in all downloads. Provide second level support on POS/BOH issues and project management to ensure project plan deliverables are met timely. •Fulfillment Services (70%) •Work with Franchisees to fulfill support requests in the areas of POS and BOH support •Teamwork on support of National marketing initiatives •Resolve Help Desk calls regarding all DM POS cases •Thorough knowledge of SLA’s standards library and compliance requirements •Work independently on required tasks ensuring 100% customer satisfaction and accuracy of downloads •Lead internal projects for data integrity structure and supportability •On call rotation one week every three months •Quality Assurance (15%) •Thorough QA of downloads for accuracy •Ability to prioritize the downloads based on risks and QA timelines •Strong knowledge of complete lab testing for routing, BOH reporting and POS data •Communication (15%) •Provide detailed communication to Franchisees regarding all POS data downloads •Provides on call support after hours (nights and weekends) to field operations, Help Desk, and DM partners in the resolution of application related issues •Communicates with Franchisees and ARL’s regarding POS strategies and fulfillment abilities

Requirements:

•Education – College degree preferred or equivalent experience •Experience •2-5 years corporate experience, preferably in IT •Delivers high performance •Decisions able to be guided by policies and procedures •Committed to exceeding customer expectations •Able to manage execution of multiple requests within SLA’s •Must be able have knowledge and be able to assist on project teams •Able to work cooperatively as a part of an effective team, assisting and supporting team members •Ability to effectively communication complex concepts •Confident, articulate and strong professionalism •Solid knowledge of and experience with managing large amounts of data
