Description:

Are you very detail oriented and have excellent organization skills? Are you looking for that next great opportunity? If so, look no further. We just might be the right place for you! Come join our corporate team in a part-time role as Executive Assistant to the Company President! The Executive Assistant reports to and supports the President of the company by providing a wide range of administrative support in an effective and professional manner. The position will also manage legal documents for the company. This person must be well organized and detail oriented, and possess a high level of ethical values, and enjoy the challenges of supporting the President and be able to work independently with little supervision. This is a part-time position, 20-25 hours per week.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree preferred. Past experience as an Executive Assistant supporting CEO, COO, CFO, EVP, or Company President. Previous paralegal or legal assistant experience is preferred.

Additional Info:

Qualities of qualified candidates: Outstanding computer skills. Detail oriented, very organized and able to prioritize work tasks. Former legal assistant or paralegal work is beneficial. Must have a high degree of professionalism. Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while adjusting for ever-changing priorities.
