Key Responsibilities of a Store Manager Represent the Brand—Act as an ambassador for the company by maintaining a store environment representative of the “ACE Helpful” Brand Build talent through hiring, developing and retaining associates Maintain store appearance and visual standards Deliver world class service every customer every time Deliver Results—Effectively communicate within the organization with passion and enthusiasm. Meet and exceed sales goals, sales metrics and accurate inventory processes through planning and coaching associates. Implement and adhere to all company policies and procedures Direct work flow, merchandise flow and all day to day operations
