The primary responsibilities of our Small Engine Repair Technician is to provide amazing customer service and is responsible for the repair and service of Stihl and Honda equipment. Assembly and selling of Stihl and Honda products is also a key responsibility of the repair technician. Responsibilities Include: • Provide amazing customer service at all times • Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and perform service to power equipment including mowers, snowblowers, chainsaws, weed trimmers, blowers, generators, and pumps in timely and efficient manner • Ability to review manuals and warranties accurately • Clearly explain diagnosis and required repairs to customers including warranty claims requiring good verbal and written communication skills • Maintain shop cleanliness and uphold all shop requirements • Observe all safety and security procedures • Coordinate parts ordering • Participate in all training and development

Requirements:

Minimum Requirements • A commitment to service, excellence and customer satisfaction • Ability to life have loads up to 50 lbs. • Solid team player with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn • Exceptional organizational ability, high attention to detail and ability to multi task • Physical ability to stand for an extended amount of time • Ability and willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays to meet the needs of the business. • Small engine repair experience a plus
