The Vibe Controller is the safe guard of our restaurant, and we take great pride in who we have representing us. The Concierge welcomes and entertains guests in a warm, friendly manner to provide a positive first impression of service while controlling the occupancy level of the restaurant. They are responsible for maintaining a safe VIBE for all our guests by managing the occupancy level and de-escalating any potentially unsafe situations. You will ensure everyone who comes through our doors as a guest will leave as a friend by being your authentic self.

Requirements:

Our Concierges are Responsible for: • Greet guests with hospitality and customer service • Ensuring all guests meet our age requirements, Check IDs • Observe and report suspicious activities and persons to management • Ensure proper occupancy levels and crowd control • Respond to alarms and security related incidents • Write reports on accidents, incidents, suspicious activities, safety and fire hazards and other security related situations to company for correction or follow-up actions • Provide needed assistance to customers, co-workers, and client management • Follow all Company Rules and Regulations • Being the welcome face of our restaurant by giving a positive and uplifting first and last impression to our guests. • Providing our guests with the highest level of service standards to create new and repeat business. • Facilitate top-notch service in the restaurant with accurate communication with occupancy levels, and potential situations that may require de-escalation. • Being knowledgeable of all brand-related restaurant information, e.g. happy hour details or limited time offers
