Description:

Create guest experiences using the 4 keys for both internal and external guests: provide warmth with a genuine and sincere greeting with every guest, personalize each encounter by seeking out the guest name and information, have awareness of what is happening with the guest or situation and prepare for action, and be proactive by providing individualized service to the guest before being asked / own and resolve service issues. Star Service: greet every guest upon entering store, engage in conversation with each guest, answer phones, and assist in taking special orders, ring in sales, add on sales and close sale. Create guests for life. Know your daily, weekly and monthly goals. Have clear understanding of the sales key performance indicators that drive the business. Complete and accurate technical knowledge of store point of sale system, cash handling skills and closing procedures and paperwork. Responsibility for accurate cash drops, and banks on a daily basis. Store key procedure and micros compliance with each shift. Accurate handling of merchandise received, efficient preparation of garments, organizing and maintaining back stock and displaying of merchandise. Protect merchandise from damage and shrinkage. All associates to attend training classes as provided and attend store meetings as scheduled. Follow specified opening and closing procedures in terms of preparing store for the business day. This includes merchandise presentation, cleanliness, music, lighting, cash drawer; cash wrap area organization and dressing rooms. Report any needed repairs or maintenance to the Retail Management Team. Take pride in the appearance of store at all times. Create positive teamwork ethics. Treat all coworkers and guests with respect and professionalism at all times. Follow and practice all policies and procedures as discussed in Orientation and further outlined in the Associate Handbook as standards of conduct including but not limited to, parking, professional attire, use of company equipment, late absence policy, and behavior while on property. Maintain orderliness and cleanliness of assigned stockroom(s)and display room. Proper storage of stock to ensure shelf life and minimize risk of damage Assigning shelving/bins appropriately and labeling shelves Placement of stock in assigned storage locations. Transportation of merchandise to and from the retail shops and stock rooms. Tagging of merchandise in preparation for the sales floor. Maintain and process all damaged goods and transferred goods accurately and timely. Transportation fixtures to/from shop and display room as needed. Assist with telephone support for Retail operations, vendors, and guest inquiries. Alert Retail management and/or buyers of merchandise problems regarding stock levels, quality, vendor issues, outlet needs, etc. Receiving and tagging merchandise for storage and distribution. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
