Description:

Product Demo Team Leaders are responsible for day-to-day activities and guidance of their team members. The team lead sets sales targets, implements guidelines, and assists with issues their staff may have. A team lead ensures that their staff understands the team’s objectives and works together efficiently. Constant monitoring by the lead will help to ensure that everyone is working toward the same goal. This is a great position for sales professionals who are passionate about coffee, and want to work for a great brand and an environmentally sound and socially responsible company dedicated to product quality. The Regional Team Leader will be responsible for driving roadshow and demo sales at wholesale retail locations in the assigned region. The Regional Team Leader will work under the supervision of the Sales Director to help build and maintain a high performing sales team through ongoing training, recruiting, and development of a high performing team. To be successful in this position you must be able to: • Manage multiple sales representatives across a given geographical area. • Drive performance by increasing sales volume and improving the quality of the sales force that operates inside the retail locations. • Provides leadership by instilling passion and direction through coaching and development of a cohesive team. • Recruit, hire, and train talent. • Manage directly the scheduling and logistics for all Roadshow teams. • Manage budgets for each week’s show. • Keeping the roadshows in compliance with health codes, and the policies and procedures of our company and that of our customers. • Processing daily, weekly, and monthly reports. • Be responsible of the Setup/breakdown and shipping of equipment and displays. • Purchase supplies as needed. • Work with Costco managers for any and all problems / opportunities that may arise. • Be able to lift up to 60 lbs.

Additional Qualifications: • Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications. • Ability to work weekends, evenings and some holidays. • English is a must. Spanish is a plus.
