Demo and Sales Representative – Mayorga Organics (Florida)- Seasonal Part-time Mayorga Organics, LLC. is in search of a charismatic individual to join our Roadshow Team and help perform in-store tastings and sales throughout the Florida region. We are looking for motivated, enthusiastic and engaging demo representative to join our team. The Demo and Sales Representative plays an integral role in our company, helping not only promote our delicious coffees by enabling, “the cups to do the talking,” but also by educating consumers on the sourcing principles and ethical standards that set us apart from our industry competitors. If you are passionate about coffee and want to work for a company that is dedicated to providing a quality, environmentally sound and socially responsible product, this is a good fit for you!

Requirements:

Key Skills and Behaviors - Strong oral communications and presentation skills - Strong written communication skills - Proactive, self-motivated, reliable & enthusiastic - Results oriented with strong sales acumen - Be willing to travel to select locations - English language is a must. Spanish is a plus. - Able to work in a team environment or as an individual contributor. - Capable of providing excellent customer service. - Maintain a clean appearance. - Must be able to work weekends - Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. A Demo and Sales Rep. Responsibilities: - Act as ambassador for Mayorga Organics by sampling and selling products in a wholesale environment. - Setting up the display and maintain a good exhibition of our products. - Provide excellent customer service and address needs of customers - Sampling our specialty-grade organic coffee - Creatively merchandise the demo product for the best selling position - Communicate with Regional Team Lead regarding in-store product availability or changes - Communicate with Regional Team Lead in store sales - Expertly brewing and grinding our coffees - Educating our customers about our coffees, organics and our company beliefs. - Maintaining a clean and safe work environment. - Maintaining an accurate inventory of our merchandise and promotional materials.
