Description:As someone who communicates priorities with our operations staff and also serves as a liaison with the sales and management team, the Wholesale Operations Manager is a critical member of the company’s day-to-day operations. This individual is responsible for ensuring orders are processed through production to shipping in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner while supporting the general needs of inventory management and logistics.

Additional Info:Duties include daily shift/personnel management, scheduling, cutting and receiving purchase orders, inventory management, scheduling LTL shipments, ensuring food safety and compliance standards are met.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Works with team to ensure a clean, respectful, and organized working environment.
2. Supports company endeavors by providing feedback and input to contribute to the company’s drive for continuous improvement
3. Strategically plans, organizes, and manages Production Staff with regard to daily scheduling, production needs, and quality standards.
4. Responsible for particular Wholesale budgetary costs through effective planning, scheduling to quarterly budgets as laid out by VP of Operations & Logistics
5. Ensuring compliance with Mayorga’s and customer specifications and quality standards to ensure the highest quality product is met through quality control and assurance of incoming raw materials and finished packaged products
6. Maintaining machinery as per OEM specifications, and resolving issues directly with technicians to ensure longevity and continuous efficiency.
7. Manages and maintains inventory control levels pursuant to established pars and creates purchase orders for products
8. Manages invoices and PO’s to ensure accuracy of raw materials for incoming and out going product
9. Responsible for outgoing logistics and ensuring all orders are processed correctly and in a timely manner
Salary $55,000 per year plus benefits.
