Requirements:

• Keep dish machine and three compartment sink filled with clean water. Drain and refill dish machine tank on a regular basis throughout the shift • Ensure dishes, utensils, pots and pans are spotlessly clean • Remove soiled plates, pots, pans, utensils and containers from cook’s line • Keep the cook’s line supplied with clean dishes • Keep the dish pit and prep kitchen clean, organized, swept, mopped and dried
