Featuring a giant indoor patio, complete with astroturf, picnic tables, yard games like cornhole, giant Jenga & giant Connect Four, plus pinball and more, it’s the perfect place for our guests to have a great time with friends. With tons of TVs and really good tunes, we’re known for our way-better-than-bar-food and daily specials on eats + drinks. If TBD is one big party, you’re the host with the most. You’ll keep the drinks flowing, keep the food coming and make sure a good time is had by all. (Brush up on your cornhole scoring rules. We promise you’ll be asked.) We dare you not to enjoy yourself, ‘cause when everyone around you is having fun, it’s basically impossible not to have fun, too. TBD is chill, but fast-paced enough to keep things interesting. Requirements:

• Using acquired menu item knowledge, offers menu suggestions, answers questions, and anticipates guests’ needs • Practices responsible beverage service with all guests – verify their age. • Ensure no guest leaves the restaurant unhappy. Utilize our service recovery policy and involve the manager if necessary. Always strive for 100% guest satisfaction. • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company recipes and standards
