Description:

The Manager, Treasury is responsible for maintaining the financial and monetary aspects of the business, including cash flow, liquidity, funding, and relationships with financial institutions. Essential Functions: • Supports the maintenance of the company’s banking network to facilitate timely concentration and control of cash receipts and disbursements • Performs daily cash reporting, positioning, and analysis of corporate and subsidiary bank accounts • Manages and maintains lines of credit and other short-term and long-term debt including letters of credit, surety bonds and swaps • Manages and maintains short-term investments • Prepares ad hoc wire payments • Supports the creation of short-term and medium-term cash flow forecasts • Manages record keeping and controls • Provides all schedules as required by accounting reflecting all cash and debt related activities performed by Treasury each period • Provides periodic treasury reports to management; provides required information to lenders and auditors • Maintains Treasury policies and procedures. • Maintains relationships with financial institutions and service providers; interfaces with parent company’s Treasury department. Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Work Environment: - Education and Experience: The combination of education and professional experience must exceed 5 years: - In a technical role: Requires 5 years of experience engaged in delivering corporate finance and/or treasury programs - A bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, related can count for 2 of the five-year requirement - An MBA or a master’s level degree in a program related to the functional area can count for an additional 1 year of the five-year requirement. - In the industry: 3-5 years of Hospitality, F&B and/or Retail experience - Specialized Training: - Requires in-depth understanding of general corporate treasury principles, a thorough knowledge of bank products and services, and a working knowledge of swaps and hedge accounting - Training that leads to thorough knowledge of cash management systems - Specialized Skillset/Competencies/Traits - Advanced business acumen and also has the strategic mindset required to understand the long-term implications of cash management decisions and to advance the organizations goals - Requires expert level Microsoft Excel skills - Demonstrated history of anticipating the needs of the business and complex stakeholders, the employee population, and individual circumstances - Demonstrated history of creating and maintaining positive work environments through working with team members to achieve common goals - Demonstrated experience exhibiting a continuous improvement mindset with the ability to optimize work processes and achieve positive results - Location/Travel: - This position requires regular attendance at the F&B Center of Excellence in Bethesda, MD or Retail Center of Excellence in East Rutherford, NJ - Occasional travel to airport locations may be required based on business needs
