Description:

Purpose: The purpose of this temporary part-time position is to support cross-functional projects, develop tools and processes to gather information and feedback, and track results to assist with planning efforts on a specific project. This position reports to and works closely with the Sr. Director of Sustainability and partners with cross-functional teams to complete activities in the required sequence on-time. Essential Functions: Supports concurrent projects, plan and schedule deliverables, ensure goals and milestones are met, and adjust project timeline as appropriate to accommodate change upon approval Creates project assignments, designate resources, coordinate with teams, and effectively motivate teams to ensure timely completion of tasks. Develops project plans, schedule & document meetings, follows-up on deliverables, gathers information from multiple sources, and identifies potential solutions to resolve issues Develops, coordinates, and maintains project management tracking tools (e.g.; Smartsheet Forms and Trackers, excel data tracking files, etc.) with attention to detail and accuracy Manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables Maintains project related documentation, assists in preparing project presentations, and provides status reports

Requirements:

Requires 0-2 years of academic or practical experience that can be applied in business today 2-3 years of project management experience preferred; and PMP is a plus Good written and verbal communications skills Requires Excel computer skills and the ability to learn project management software (e.g.; Smartsheet); experience in project management software preferred Demonstrated ability to share and learn concepts and ideas via LiveMeetings Requires a self-starter and independent learner with the ability to rapidly turnaround assignments
