Description:

Scope of responsibility includes but not limited to the following areas: A Oversee/Manage all aspects of the management of the Bar staff, Customer Service, Inventory, Schedules, Sales B Training all levels of staff and documenting policies and procedures C Creating new drinks, cost analysis and seasonal concoctions Will work hand in hand with all levels of management including store-level management and safety personnel including Safety Coordinators and HR/Risk Representatives with the Human Resources department.

Requirements:

2 years overseeing Bar staff and functions
