You will help craft delicious, quality food for every customer that walks through our doors or serves up a plate of pulled pork at one of our catering events. Rod and Rodger are 9-time grand champion BBQ winners. We provide some of the best training in BBQ in the world. Be apart of a best-in-class team in a dynamic environment that will put your barbeque skills to the test and transform you into a BBQ master. PAY RATE: $11-14 PER HOUR Responsibilities: - Lead the execution of quality food following proper procedures and R&R standards - Serve as the point for all of the needs of the line - Help organize the restaurant for proper food rotation and cleanliness - Handle the prepping, stocking and staging of all food, paper, and chemicals - follow the prep list and shelf life procedures - Understand and assist according to the needs of To Go, Catering, and Delivery areas - Adhere to all policies and procedures as outlined in the employee handbook - Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager and other managers

Requirements:

-No prior experience required. On the job training provided. -Must have current food handlers permit, slip resistant shoes, and proper uniform or be willing to obtain. -Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and assist in lifting heavier items. -Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time.
