Line cooks are responsible for prepping ingredients and assembling dishes according to company recipes and specifications.

Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications (with or without accommodation) • Kitchen experience required, preferably in a high-volume atmosphere • Must possess or be able to obtain a valid food/alcohol certification, as required by state law • Able to stand for 10 hours and lift at least 50 pounds • Good hearing for safety and accurate communication • Must be able to read, write and speak in English • Must have reliable transportation
