Description:

In order to be considered for this position, you must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Risk Management or related field. A combination of education and experience may be substituted when competency is demonstrated. This position is responsible for duties including but not limited to those listed below. Work performed in various settings such as retail stores, office, construction area, other areas as needed. Most travel will be day trips but some overnight travel may occasionally be required. Primary: • Ensures OSHA compliance and training with C-stores, maintenance, transport, shop and farm • Injury loss prevention and control • Work with Insurance company on controlling the workers compensation mod rating • Work with insurance companies to develop safety policies and procedures • Hazardous materials (HAZMAT), compliance and general safety awareness training • Periodic work site safety inspections • Work with vehicle shop on equipment maintenance from a safety perspective • Responsible for Transport Vehicle Federal Inspection compliance • Annual driver meeting/training • Quarterly maintenance safety training • Set up and management of C-store immediate care centers Secondary: • Work with major oil companies. • Brand Communications (new programs, etc). • C-store support – questions surround brand requirements, etc. • Dealer correspondence (brand programs, pricing, etc.) • Process rebate payments to Dealers • Order credit card processing equipment • Co-op - create budget for BP and Marathon and submit all invoices (including photos) • Upgrades to software/contact for new technology programs • BP Forecasting – working with BP on monthly forecasting of fuel sales volume for fuel purchasing needs

Requirements:

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor degree in Risk Management or similar field and/or equivalent experience - Ability to use a computer and basic software programs
