Description:

Culver Franchising System, LLC is looking for a CAD Site Designer who will be responsible for creating the development of site design plans, communicating with key stakeholders and civil engineers, gathering relevant survey and construction information, and organizing related documents. Essential functions will include: • Design site plans that fulfill facility, grounds, and access/flow expectations. • Assist franchisees and Real Estate Managers in comparing sites. • Prepare revisions to existing site designs as requested by franchisees. • Prepare site documents required for review and approval for the franchise process. • Collaborate with civil engineering firms to ensure Culver’s standards are being met. • Obtain survey, zoning, and restrictive covenant information to create approvable plans. • Communicate site concepts to the franchisees, civil engineers, local officials, real estate brokers, and sign vendors. • Understand and apply Culver’s AutoCAD drawing standards and procedures. • Evaluates site conversions of other restaurant/business concepts. • Responsible for critical review of existing site plans prior to renewal, reimage or remodel. • Supporting and updating relevant information in Culver’s database.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma Required • 2 years of post-secondary education • 2 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience • Proficiency in AutoCAD
