The purpose of the position of Bartender is to prepare drinks and serve bar guests in a professional and courteous manner. Drink orders rung in by Servers for guests in the main dining room will be also be prepared by the bartender. The position also involves serving food to guests who order from the lunch or dinner menu at the bar.
