Description:

As a member of the Esquire by Coopers’ Hawk team, the Porter ensures the restaurant is clean and safe for each restaurant guest following Esquire by Cooper’s Hawk procedures. Requirements:

• Must represent Esquire by Cooper’s Hawk Values • At least 18 years of age • Has a passion for guest service; hospitality-focused • Knowledge of and passion for food, wine and beverages • Hard-working and a team player • Ability to communicate clearly with Guests, managers and team members • Ability to multi-task and work calmly and effectively under pressure, in a fast-paced environment • Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs • Ability to stand and walk up to 10 hours per day • Ability to exert fast-paced mobility for periods of up to 6 hours in length • Ability to perform essential functions to Cooper’s Hawk standards with reasonable accommodation • Ability to work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends and some holidays • Must be able to read, write and understand English • Must follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations; basic reading, listening and speaking skills • Certified in responsible alcohol service (where required by state, city, or municipality), Esquire by Cooper’s Hawk will help provide, if needed.
