As a member of our elite team, you will be primarily responsible for answering calls from potential customers; describing catering packages, services, and pricing; placing orders; and partnering with customers and restaurant teams to delivery our delicious catered meals. Requirements:

What We’re Looking For: • Works well under pressure; leverages strong time management skills to work in a fast paced environment • One year experience in a call center environment a plus • High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) preferred • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel • Proficient knowledge of the internet and web-based tools • Customer service oriented with strong listening and influencing skills • Exhibits attention to detail and effectively follows directions • Takes ownership for customer concerns/issues and solutions • At least 18 years of age
