Description:

Cocktail Server Responsibilities – Must be welcoming, caring and knowledgeable, thoroughly understanding their guests, anticipating their needs and ensuring an excellent guest experience. Must demonstrate high-level knowledge of all components to all dishes on the menu, as well as all wines by the glass, cocktails, non-alcoholic beverages, and beers. Exemplify hospitality in all interactions with our staff, guests, and the community.

Requirements:

Other Requirements - 2 year’s experience in a high-volume, craft cocktail restaurant/bar - Strong sense of urgency - Ability to multi-task - Work well under pressure - Extensive cocktail knowledge - Excellent memorization skills - Clear and friendly communication skills - Physical requirements: standing, walking, climbing stairs, reaching, lifting and bending
