Description:

Captain Responsibilities – Have a thorough knowledge of Stock Hill, and be the ambassador for all of our guests. You must demonstrate the ability to anticipate and exceed guests needs by having superior knowledge of food, wine, and hospitality. Taking care of discerning clientele requires a daily pursuit for excellence and professionalism. Duties include but will not be limited to suggestive selling, mirroring the guest, taking orders, presenting and pouring wine, accurately placing orders, preparing checks and having an overall great positive mental attitude. Five years of previous service experience is required along with a willingness to learn, the dedication to constantly improve service standards, and a strong sense of commitment to working with the team

Other Requirements - Must be able to maintain professionalism and composure in stressful and high pressure situations - Excellent memory and ability to multi-task - Clear and friendly communication skill - Strong work ethic - Physical requirements: standing, walking, climbing stairs, reaching, lifting and bending - 2 years of wine service experience
