Description:

Lead strategy and development for merchandising and menuboard design across National and Test Markets. Manage design agencies, lead menuboard cross functional team and build strong relationships with Franchisees. •Lead all Merchandising and Menuboard initiatives for National and Test Markets, from creative concept to execution •Primary contact for design agencies •Manage Photo Shoots including production logistics (eg food orders, packaging etc) •Lead Menuboard cross functional team to delivery flawless menuboard execution •Manage digital menuboard program with Data Management and Digital Menuboard Vendor •Budget Management, invoices, legal approvals, timeline management (PDO, WIP, etc) •Lead One System Fund program/budget

Requirements:

•Education/Certifications – College Degree Required •Experience •3-5+ years’ experience working in retail merchandising •Experience working with cross functional teams •Strong background working with creative agencies and evaluating creative ideas •Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interface directly with higher levels of management •Self-motivated with a strong drive for results and intellectual curiosity •Strong oral and written communication skills •Strong attention to detail and ability to manage several agencies at once •Must be able to meet deadlines and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
