Description:This person will be the subject matter expert for e-commerce and delivery at KFC. This role will manage the connections between KFC’s e-commerce partners, franchisees, marketing, and IT teams to grow overall brand sales and profitability. This person will be tasked with overseeing the build and maintenance of e-commerce platforms, leading market media tests, managing offers and promos within the e-commerce platform, and being the main point of contact for select partners.
1)Build a meaningful delivery layer for KFC:
•Lead marketing partnership with Grubhub from KFC
•Serve as Marketing SPOC on cross-functional team leading national rollout of delivery
•Own all elements of delivery marketing spanning strategy, marketing execution, in-store executions
2)Partner with manager/IT to build and maintain E-Comm platforms for KFC
3)Define and execute End-to-end E-Commerce strategy:
•Define role of marketing channels to build E-Comm layer spanning e-mail, search, paid, push, signage, point of purchase, etc.
•Play an integral role in the development of owned E-Comm platforms through KFC.com and the KFC app.
4)Utilize test and learn approach to build foundation for Performance Marketing within KFC and franchisee community:
•Define and deliver Local and National Marketing Playbooks for delivery
•Work with manager/franchisees to develop funding model for performance marketing
Requirements:•Education/Certifications – Bachelor Degree required
•Experience
•5+ Years of Practical business experience
•1-3 Years minimum (more preferred) of e-commerce or digital build experience
•Experience with multi-variate testing or market tests
