Description:

Lead Strategic Planning partnership and analysis on growth initiatives related to Digital, including strategic thought leadership, channel development, test markets and national promotions. Support and influence KFC and franchisee stakeholders in making critical business decisions in the digital commerce space with data driven insights. Also support and learn KFC’s core business while its E-commerce team is developing. Organizations Supported: KFC U.S Restaurants/Markets (Indicate Franchise/Equity): 54 Company / 4,000 FZ Locations •Core Business Support (50%) – Partner with and influence project teams in developing product & promotion pipeline – ensuring frameworks for sales/profit analysis, developing tactic validation plans, developing profitable system recommendations, support the entire promotion lifecycle from ideation to test market, decision, launch and post-promotion analysis. Transform financial analysis into presentations with meaningful conclusions used to inform/influence both KFCC and Franchisee leadership. Drive holistic business case and financial mindset across cross-functional teams; work directly with and influence franchisees participating in test markets. •Strategic Leadership / Channel Development (25%) – Support organization’s thinking around KFC’s engagement in the Digital/e-commerce space, including new channel development and maturation of existing channels. Partner with Marketing on cross-functional project teams to develop, test and bring to life the most effective channels to meet the needs of new and existing KFC customers. Drive business decision support by creating and aligning the organization on KPIs and success criteria that support profit growth for KFC and its franchisees. •Promotion / Testing Analysis and Forecasting (25%) – Support project teams in developing a digital promotion pipeline – ensuring frameworks for sales/profit analysis, developing tactic validation plans, developing profitable system recommendations, supporting the entire promotion lifecycle from ideation to test market, decision, launch and post-promotion analysis. Transform financial analysis into presentations with meaningful conclusions used to inform/influence both KFCC and Franchisee leadership. Drive holistic business case and financial mindset across cross-functional teams; work directly with and influence franchisees participating in test markets.

Requirements:

•Education/Certifications – Undergraduate Degree from accredited 4 year university –Finance, Accounting or Business Management required, M.B.A. - Preferred •Experience •Must have experience in retail E-commerce, preferably in the restaurant space •Proficient in financial modeling (Excel), PowerPoint, Microstrategy and/or PowerBI applications •General knowledge of restaurant level P&L’s required •Demonstrated people and influencing skills •Must have the ability to think strategically using analytics as a guide •Ability to communicate across all layers of the organization effectively •Must have the ability to multi-task on multiple high profile projects at any given time
