Description:The Staffing Analyst recruits for corporate roles and provides recruiting support for the KFC Restaurant Support Center. This position owns the candidate experience and is accountable for ensuring a smooth and positive interview, hiring, and onboarding experience.
• Lead full cycle recruiting and selection for a portion of corporate roles (including internships).
Work directly with Hiring Managers to attract and recruit high potential talent.
• Post all corporate positions internally and externally on Snag, LinkedIn, and Kenexa.
• Create agendas and schedule interviews for internal and external candidates.
Schedule candidate travel when necessary.
• Complete onboarding process for all new hires (background check, e-Verify, I-9).
Meet with newly hired employees within the first week to present Bucket Basics.
• Maintain and update the Talent@KFC information on TeamKFC.
• Administer ATS system set up.
Requirements:Education/Certifications – College degree preferred
Experience
o Years of Experience – 2-3 years Human Resource experience including recruiting
o Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, knowledge of onboarding processes and HR Technology/ATS is preferred
o Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task/prioritize
o Able to effectively communicate and interact with leaders and candidates at all levels
o Creative problem solving skills
o High degree of accuracy, accountability and attention to detail
o Ability to thrive in a fast pace environment
o Friendly, culture champion and has a strong hospitality mindset
