Description:

Partner with the Implementation and Hardware Services Team to deliver world class service in support of brand initiatives. •Provide email inbox management support for specific topics (40%) •General response to inquiries •Installation Scheduling •Provide guidance to customers for hardware and implementation related activities via phone and/or email – including consulting, ordering, installation and follow-up (25%) •Support New Build and Implementation processes by validating the completion of pre-install tasks and performing post-install follow-up (20%) •Support hardware compliance enforcement efforts through data analysis and reporting in support of brand standards (15%)

Requirements:

•Education/Certifications •High School Diploma (or equivalent). •Currently attending college or university, preferably pursing an IT-related degree. •Experience •Years of Experience – 1-2 years in a customer service-related role •Strong organizational, oral/written communication, and problem-solving skills •Ability to work in an efficient/fast-paced environment to meet or exceed department needs •Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office suite •Experience with MS Power BI a plus •Experience with Service Now beneficial •Basic understanding of restaurant operations is preferred
