Description:

Lead the creation and go to market plan for a 3 year menu vision that will build KFC into a brand customers will trust and champion. Role will partner with a senior level multi-functional team to define and lead specific efforts to grow in and launch into growing segments of the market. Menu Strategy: •Lead the KFC US menu strategy, partnering with the Food Innovation Team, Operations, Supply Planning and Finance. This effort will include defining and aligning a 3 yr meatblock strategy that will enable a better customer experience, simplified experience for our team members in the restaurant and deliver building blocks for breakthrough SSS growth. •Lead cross-functional team through the creation and go to market plan for the strategy on the menu by defining the business case, commercial strategy, calendar windows, and supply solution. •Personally lead innovation big bets that will bring this menu strategy to life in our restaurants. Menuboard Strategy & Structure: •Lead strategy for bringing the calendar to life across menuboards to optimize sales and profitability at the restaurant while improving the customer experience.

Requirements:

•Education/Certifications •Under-graduate degree in Marketing with career aspiration to Chief Marketing Officer and/or beyond •Master's degree a plus •Experience •Years of Experience – 10+ years related business experience. •Strong background in general marketing (product marketing, brand marketing, calendar planning) and/or competitive intelligence a huge plus. •Strong background in multi-functional leadership and ability to influence stakeholders inside and outside the organization to create winning plans that build the business. •Experience in food, retail or restaurant category also a plus. •Strong background in working with advertising and other creative agencies. •Familiarity and experience in effective data management & analysis •Ability to independently derive impactful insights out of data •Strong ability to interact with impact with varying levels of marketing organization. •Proven ability to navigate through ambiguity and a dynamic working environment. •Great at partnering with creative agencies in development of positioning, advertising and other communications. •Ability to work with marketing project teams and marketing leadership to identify business issues and provide relevant insights to impact calendar development & assessment. •Strong organizational and communication skills are a must. •Able to translate information across multiple studies and sources into actionable business direction. •Provides clear point of view based on available information. •Communicates insights in a manner that provides clear direction. •Influences by building upon past learning applied to current problem in order to guide management perspective. Integrates and translates learning across multiple projects.
