Description:

Leads Total Rewards for KFC US, including overall strategy and vision, compensation and rewards philosophy, and wellbeing for our Restaurant Support Center and Field employees. Ensure that our pay for performance philosophy drives employee engagement through relevant rewards and recognition programs. Partners with KFC Global and Yum! to conduct competitive compensation analyses in support of Brand Compensation and Rewards programs including Restaurant Operators Bonus Plan, Restaurant Pay, Yumbucks (Restaurant Level Performance Award Grants), Restaurant Support Center Pay, Market Pricing, Job Evaluation, etc. •Champions the Brand BPC (Building People Capability) cycle resulting in mid-cycle and annual performance reviews. Leads End of Year process including performance discussions, salary details, promotions, & budget reviews. Serves as the key liaison to KFC Global, Yum Payroll, Benefits, IT and Compensation Administration teams for communications and performance review process. •Leads design, data analysis, and process document for the annual Restaurant Operators Bonus with Operations and Finance. Maintains quarterly reporting, squad reviews and mid-year design changes with bonus squad, IT, and Compensation Administration team. •Partners with Yum! and KFC Finance on the design and analysis of brand hourly wage rate programs. Owns annual restaurant common review merit process for restaurant employees including compensation and bonus benchmarking. •Provides strong analytical support of innovative ideas to existing and emerging Rewards pilots and programs. •Champions wellness initiatives and partners with Yum! to design strategy and offerings for both the Restaurant Support Center and the field. •Owns Total Rewards Snapshot for RSC including design, partnering with Yum for data input, and delivery to employees. •Assists in creating communications and tools to maximize awareness of programs and their impact on the business. •Counsels and advises internal/external partners on TR strategies and overall effectiveness

Requirements:

•Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred •At least 3 years of experience in a Human Resources role or highly analytical focused work •Compensation experience preferred; includes market pricing, job evaluation, salary structure, & bonus design •Strong analytical skills with attention to detail •Database management skills, including advanced database and excel skills (eg. V-Lookup, Pivot Tables, Graphs) •Project management skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities •Communication skills with the ability to interact with employees at all levels •Must be highly proactive and results driven
