Description:

This position is responsible for providing new restaurant project management support to the franchise development team from site submittal to construction completion of KFC franchise restaurants. Other responsibilities include guiding franchisees through the new restaurant process (site submittals, approvals, registration, etc.). •Provide support to Regional Franchise Development Managers in tracking and coordinating projects in various phases of development from inception to completion. •Coordinate site application submittals and manage the registration process by facilitating FDD disclosures, collecting deposits, and administer quality control on documentation requirements and collate project data. •Register and track projects in Yum Builder concurrently with active pipeline for data management, and issue system notifications on each project. •Implement efficiencies in the registration process by coordinating activities and internal processes. •Maintain active pipeline, and perform data quality checks for milestone management. •Prepare and submit weekly pipeline reports to key stakeholders. •Support market planning in processing pin study requests from Franchisees by tracking requests, payments and refunds, as necessary. •Support cross-functional team meetings, bi-weekly development pipeline meetings to track updates on projects, and Development team meetings, as necessary. •Support closure mitigation updates including temp closures, and any asset obligation data requirements.

Requirements:

Education •Bachelors / Associates Degree in Interior Design / Architecture / Construction / Finance/ IT or related field •Experience of 4-5 years in a related field is acceptable in lieu of degree. Experience •Minimum of 3 years related experience. Fundamental Skills •Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, and Sharepoint) and ability to learn new programs specific to project management. •Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI, Microstrategy, SmartSheet are a plus. •Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate across all levels. •Ability to work independently in a fast paced corporate office environment. •Strong desire to build know how and grow within the position and organization. •Ability on limited occasions to travel to attend or work at job related conferences and functions.
